Created by an architect who was tired of administrative and project management tasks taking up so much time and brain space during the workday, CollabMind was born out of necessity. The easy-to-use platform gives you the freedom to focus more on creativity and design so that you can continue to do what you love during your 9-to-5 and beyond.
Collaborative. The best results come from a process that amplifies different ideas through open communication, transparency, and teamwork.
Creative. Unlocking the keys to creativity gives us all access to unlimited potential that keeps pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
Engaged. A desire to be an active participant in the work allows for greater outcomes for everyone involved.
Curious. An open mind is required to learn new things, expand your horizons, and continue to evolve into an ever-better version.
Supportive. A rising tide lifts all boats. This is especially true for women in the technology and Architecture Engineering Construction (AEC) fields.

Jackie has always been a creative problem solver and a leader. So it was not surprising that she opened her own boutique architectural design firm, inHabit, in 2006 while pregnant with her son. For nearly two decades, Jackie has worked on both residential and small scale commercial projects that involve custom, design-intense work.
As a Registered Architect (RA), a certified Passive House Institute US (PHIUS) Consultant, and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Jackie is always striving to gain more knowledge and stay on top of best practices.
It was also Jackie’s love of creative problem solving that led her to build CollabMind, which launched in 2025. Looking for a better way to manage multiple stages of various projects and wanting to avoid burnout in the process, Jackie set out to create a platform that addressed these same pain points of others in her field.
